PETA objects to KFC. Sounds like they need a trip to Bucketheadland.

There is always the possibility that PETA is actually just a front for a right-wing conspiracy that sets up events to humiliate people. To wit:

"Lisa Franzetta, dressed in a fur coat, drinks from a toilet in New York's Times Square during a People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals protest. PETA has made a series of TV ads that show people in fur coats engaging in behaviour that animals may naturally do and the protest was a re-enactment of the ads."

PETA messes with the minds of more children with Chicken Chumps trading cards. Collect them all!

"Representatives from People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, including a person dressed in an 8-foot-tall chicken costume, passed out 'Chicken Chumps' trading cards to Lincoln Elementary School students Thursday. The cards showed unhappy-looking children with names such as 'Cruel Kyle,' eating chicken."

" 'I think it's pathetic that they're aiming a political message at 8-, 9-, 10-, 11-year-olds,' he (school board Secretary Jon Olinger) said. 'It's a professional terrorist organization as far as I'm concerned.' "

PETA teams up with Triumph the Comic Insult Dog to encourage people to lop their dogs' balls off. And comes down hard on Clay Aiken, because he doesn't like cats.
